I’m Johnny Caston, a father of two and the owner of Accel Home Maintenance. I started this business in 2016, and I’m the person who shows up with the tools.

Between work and raising a family, I know how much the everyday stuff matters. A working refrigerator, clean clothes, dinner on the stove—when an appliance breaks, it interrupts more than a routine. I want to help you get back to yours.

Your appliance type, brand, a description of the issue, and your city. If you can safely locate the model number, send a photo of the label.

Can you install my new appliance?

Yes, we offer appliance installation. Let us know the appliance type and any existing connections so we can discuss what’s needed.

Do you work with property managers?

Yes. We work with property managers and rental properties. Include the property location, appliance issue, and access arrangements when you reach out.

When can I schedule a visit?

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Contact us to check the next available appointment. Scheduling depends on location, workload, and parts availability.
